The role

The Reception and Administration Officer role will see you perform a range of customer service and administrative duties to support the ongoing success of Errard Specialist Practice. From managing incoming calls and emails to assisting clients with managing their booking and billing, your strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, sound planning and organizing skills, and ability to work under pressure will set you up for success. When not providing exceptional customer service, you will ensure all client referrals are followed up promptly, and client records are accurately maintained.

You will enjoy the support of a small but diverse administrative team, with a flexible and friendly culture. Hours of work for this role are Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Requirements of this role

  • Experience in a similar administrative or customer service focused role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • A positive and proactive approach to work
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time in a busy environment
  • Experience within the healthcare sector is highly desirable, however not essential
