Sinclair Meats is Ballarat’s leading paddock to plate butcher, wholesaler and retailer. The company has expanded rapidly since its inception and now operates five farms located in Waubra, Coghills Creek, Bald Hills, Langi Kal Kal, and Hamilton. In 2005, Sinclair Meats opened its flagship store on Latrobe Street, Ballarat, offering quality meat directly to the public. Today, Sinclair Meats employs over 90 staff across farming, logistics, retail, and butchery, maintaining its reputation for excellence in the meat industry.

 

Sinclair Meats originally approached JK Personnel looking for recruitment support for truck drivers, which has turned into a long-term recruitment partnership, with us now proudly supporting Sinclair Meats as their sole recruitment provider.

This presence also enabled us to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s culture and operational dynamics, allowing for more effective and tailored recruitment solutions.

 

Sinclair Meats recognised that they were faced with challenges within their work environment, leading to difficulty in filling roles and high turnover rates.
